About Us

In 2005, I was a small-business owner, and like most owners, I was trying to do everything by myself. I hired a small local answering service that
I trusted to manage my calls. They freed up my time and helped increase my business and income. 
I ended up buying their business and started Front Office Services in 2007, which eventually became Genie Receptionist Services. Almost twenty years later, we are still in business and thriving!

Over the years, we have kept up with the new and emerging technologies. We are now much more than an answering service. Please visit our Services section to see all that we now offer.

Our philosophy has always remained the same: we are a relationship business. We develop strong personal and professional relationships with you and your customers.  Quite often, your callers will ask for us by name as we have spoken with them several times.  We give “extra-mile” service in everything we do to ensure your business success. We are a small business that serves small businesses. We get it!
